Module 1- What We Do

In this module, we’ll walk you through the core elements of daily operations and the supervisor’s role in supporting our therapist team. You’ll start with a tour of the casino to understand the layout, key locations, and how therapists move throughout the property. We’ll cover the basics of casino massage, including how services are performed on the gaming floor and what sets our work apart from traditional massage environments. You’ll also learn the therapist policies and procedures that maintain professionalism and consistency, along with how to manage essential inventory such as envelopes, cushions, and other supplies. From licensing requirements to property-specific rules, you’ll gain a clear understanding of how compliance works at each casino. Finally, we’ll introduce the Winning Hands App and walk through the basic functions therapists rely on every day. This module gives you the foundation you need to support smooth, confident operations.
