    The Winning Hands App is the core of our operation and the primary tool therapists use on the casino floor. Therapists log in at the start of each shift, update their availability, and receive massage requests in real time from players. The app guides them to the correct table, tracks the duration of each massage automatically, and records all performance data for both payroll and analytics.

    As a supervisor, it’s important to ensure therapists are logged in, responding to requests quickly, closing out sessions properly, and maintaining accuracy in the app so operations run smoothly and casino partners receive clean, reliable reporting.

  • Manager Portal

    The Manager Portal is the backend hub where supervisors oversee real-time operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. Through the portal, supervisors can track active massages, monitor therapist activity, review performance metrics, and verify that sessions are being logged correctly.

    As a supervisor, it’s important to check the portal regularly, identify any issues before they impact operations, and support therapists by keeping the system accurate, organized, and up-to-date.

  • When I Work

    When I Work is the scheduling platform therapists use to manage their own shifts and maintain full control over their availability. Therapists can view open shifts, pick up the ones that fit their schedule, and release shifts if something changes—all within the app. This system keeps staffing flexible and ensures we always have proper coverage without supervisors manually building schedules.

    As a supervisor, your role is to monitor shift activity, approve any required changes, and make sure the schedule reflects accurate staffing levels so operations stay seamless across all casino properties.
