At Winning Hands, our therapists represent not only their own professional standards, but also the integrity of our company and the reputation we maintain with every casino partner. This article accompanies your training video and outlines the full Policies and Procedures for all licensed massage therapists contracted with Winning Hands LLC. These guidelines ensure a consistent, safe, and professional experience for both therapists and players, while maintaining compliance with all casino and state regulations.

Code of Conduct

Winning Hands therapists are expected to uphold the highest level of professionalism on the casino floor. Therapists select their own schedules each week using the scheduling app, and once a shift is chosen, they are expected to fulfill it. If a therapist needs to leave early or call out, they must notify a supervisor.

All services must remain within the therapist’s legal scope of practice. Casino massage is strictly upper-body only—neck, back, shoulders, and arms. Therapists must not perform any intentional adjustments, and should avoid the feet and legs entirely. In a casino environment, minimal conversation is encouraged to avoid distracting players or interfering with the game. When speaking with guests, casino staff, or fellow therapists, professional language and tone must always be maintained.

Therapists should never tolerate inappropriate behavior. Any form of sexual harassment or behavior that makes the therapist feel unsafe warrants stopping the massage immediately and notifying management. Therapists may also decline service for other valid safety or hygiene reasons, such as open sores or extreme body odor.

Therapists are never permitted to give advice or opinions about casino games, table decisions, or poker strategy—even if directly asked. To maintain professionalism, therapists must also provide their own lotion and a secure small bag or fanny pack for collecting money.

Phone use is strictly limited to operational needs, such as contacting another therapist or managing sessions within the Winning Hands App. Phones should never be used for personal reasons while providing a massage. Additionally, therapists must remain within casino boundaries at all times while working and should never accompany a guest to a vehicle, hotel room, or off-site location.

Uniform Policy

A clean, consistent appearance helps maintain our professional presence. All therapists must wear long black pants (no jeans), closed-toe black tennis shoes (no sandals or heels), and an official Winning Hands shirt. Personal hygiene—clean hair, nails, and clothing—is required every shift. Therapists unable to meet dress code requirements will not be allowed to work.

Winning Hands shirts cost $20 each and must be purchased by the therapist.

Licensing Policy

To work with Winning Hands, therapists must maintain an active state massage license and current bodywork liability insurance. Updated copies of both must be provided to the company whenever they renew or expire.

Because services are performed on the gaming floor, all therapists must obtain the appropriate slot license or cardroom license required by that state’s gaming commission. Therapists are responsible for paying the licensing fee, and no contractor may work inside the casino until their gaming license is approved.

Once obtained, therapists must display their license badge at all times while on the casino floor. Failure to do so may result in penalties, including fines of up to $1,000 imposed by the Gaming Commission.

Winning Hands App

The Winning Hands App is mandatory for all casino contractors. Therapists must mark themselves “On-Site” upon arriving at the casino and “Off-Site” when leaving. All session minutes must be accurately logged in the app, as this determines both therapist payouts and the casino’s revenue reporting.

Therapists are personally responsible for reviewing their timesheets for accuracy. Any discrepancies or mistakes must be reported to Winning Hands administration immediately so they can be corrected.

Gambling Restrictions

To avoid conflicts of interest and maintain professional boundaries, therapists contracted with Winning Hands are prohibited from gambling in the casino where they work. This restriction applies during shifts, after shifts, and on days off. (Does not apply to casinos in Atlantic City)

Disciplinary Procedure

Winning Hands holds all therapists to the highest standard of conduct, compliance, and professionalism. Any contractor who violates these Policies and Procedures may face disciplinary action, suspension, or termination of their contract.

By following these guidelines, therapists help create a safe, professional, and efficient environment that supports players, casinos, and the success of Winning Hands as a whole. These policies are designed to protect you, elevate our standards, and ensure that we maintain strong, long-term partnerships with every casino we serve.
